The Kaboodle Way

2021 sees in the proud launch of ‘The Kaboodle Way’ throughout the business.  The Kaboodle Way is a set of standards that our people value and strive to develop within our daily working lives.  Each employee will be working with a clear focus on displaying as many of the kaboodle way qualities as possible with the goal of maintaining the industry leading customer service that we are know for, as well as making Kaboodle a really great place to work.

When discussing The Kaboodle Way, Kaboodle Managing Director Matthew Pitt said ‘We all have a shared responsibility at work to bring out the very best in ourselves and our work colleagues, so we are looking forward to the benefits of measuring ourselves against a well defined set of company values.’

Throughout the coming months Kaboodle will be promoting The Kaboodle Way in each of our 4 depots nationally, setting up meetings with team members to discuss ways we can champion these fantastic qualities when dealing with clients, customers, suppliers and colleagues.
