Redevelopment of The Cumberland Hotel

Blue skies for our final day at the former Cumberland Hotel site in Harrow yesterday.
This joint venture between Hill Group UK and Origin Housing has seen the redevelopment of the former Cumberland Hotel and existing Victoria Hall in the centre of Harrow. The development includes 123 apartments for private sale, 54 shared ownership and 27 affordable rent tenures, landscaped gardens and a children's play area.
