Kaboodle Joins New Project On Former Chocolate Factory

We're proud to have secured a fantastic new project for Lovell Partnerships Ltd, on behalf of Latimer Homes, on a former Chocolate Factory site in York.

The Kaboodle northern depot will be installing a mix of BSH Home Appliances Group (Bosch) and Whirlpool Corporation appliances, in 84 homes at the new Cocoa West site.

Located a short distance from York City Centre, Cocoa West is part of The Cocoa Works - a new community set within the former Rowntree factory on Haxby Road.

Kaboodle will begin installing on the 104-plot site at the end of April, with the first phase due to be completed by July 2025.
