Kaboodle Are Proud to Support the Phoenix Trust

As part of our zero waste to landfill initiative, we are proud to support The Phoenix Trust, Milton,  with donations of high quality wood that we have salvaged from redundant waste appliance packaging.  Phoenix make a huge difference to the lives of people with learning disabilities or complex needs, through the provision of meaningful experience at work and the development of life skills. Both a charity and a social enterprise, Phoenix co-workers have the opportunity to make a wide variety of items within three departments, a factory, woodshed and kitchen. 
The mission of Phoenix is to work towards a society where the contribution of everyone is respected and valued and these supported placements greatly improve the confidence, quality of life and self-fulfilment of Phoenix co-workers, whilst showing the general public and wider community what can be achieved within an inclusive culture and empowering environment.
