Hove Gardens, RG Construction

Installations have begun at Hove Gardens for RG Construction Group and Watkin Jones Group partnership.
The development will have 216 apartments, including studios, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, 324 cycle spaces, and 31 basement car parking spaces. The completion date is set for July 2023, and the development will feature ample amenity space, including a management suite, potential resident's gym, and home working spaces.
The residents will enjoy access to landscaped communal gardens and two roof gardens with sea views. Additionally, appliances have been installed throughout, with Whirlpool washer dryers in the utility rooms.
