Happy Retirement, Vanessa!

This month, Kaboodle says goodbye to Vanessa Pitt, a true kitchen appliance legend. Vanessa looks forward to retirement after 25 years in the industry! 

Vanessa originally entered the white goods industry after she set fire to her own kitchen. On visiting her local small distributer to look for a replacement oven, she thought to herself ‘what a nice bunch, I’d like to work there!’.
25 years on and Vanessa has enjoyed a full and varied career where she has helped a number of distributers grow their contract sales pipeline with housebuilders and developers all over the country. 

On finishing her time at Kaboodle Vanessa said “Its been an absolute privilege and pleasure to be part of such an exciting journey with Kaboodle, watching it grow from what was a very small installation company when I first joined, to a National service provider with 3 main depots and a rapidly growing portfolio of new clients across both housebuilders and retail home installations. I feel happy that I leave the business in its best ever position, and I am confident that things are in the very capable hands of Glenn Beardon who now takes the lead with our commercial strategy. I will enjoy my retirement and I feel very excited to be able to watch Kaboodle continue to grow as I know there is so much more on the horizon for such a brilliant and passionate team.”

After 9 years with Kaboodle Ltd we will be very sad to see Vanessa go. We thank you for such an important contribution you have made to our success and wish you a long and happy retirement!
