BSH Visit a Real Eye Opener For Luke and Adam
We’ve worked with BSH (Bosch und Siemens Hausgeräte) for a while now and we knew they were a pretty amazing organisation.
But when our Business Development Managers Luke Smallman and Adam Morris were invited by Neil Gregory to their Old Wolverton Site in Milton Keynes last week, they came away truly wowed by both the history and scale of this dynamic company.
Here are four key bit of information about the company that Luke and Adam took away from their visit:
- The Robert Bosch Stiftung charitable trust holds 94% of total Bosch Group shares, with 5% held by the Bosch Family and the final 1% with the Bosch Group Board.
- The group focuses on four key areas – energy & building tech, mobility solutions, industrial tech & consumer goods.
- For the last five years, they have been a manufacturer achieving CO2 neutral status, with plans to drive circularity and life cycle even further (… they already return used parts for recycling & reuse).
- The Robert Bosch Stiftung Trust continues to be active in the areas of health, education and global issues and it works for a just and sustainable future.
It's always important to us here at Kaboodle that we work with companies whose ethics align with ours. And with BSH, that truly is the case.
